What does a typical working day look like for you?
There's no such thing as a typical day, and that's what I like about my job.
What makes you get up in the morning and go to work?
Having the opportunity to such a diverse environment that offers so many growth opportunities.
How would you describe the corporate culture?
I would describe the corporate culture as inclusive, respectful, transparent, and open. I feel that GSK is genuinely committed culturally and societally. For example, we have the Together Days that allow us to support non-profit organisations by taking a day to get involved in some volunteering initiatives.
What professional encounter has had the greatest impact on you?
All the encounters I've had during my 16 years at GSK have been uniquely impactful. They’ve all allowed me grow and evolve within the company.
