What does a typical working day look like for you?
There's no such thing as a typical day, because they're all different. And that's what I like about my job.
What makes you get up in the morning and go to work?
Having had the opportunity to work in many different professions in my career, I'm very lucky to work in an environment like ours.
How would you describe the corporate culture?
I would describe the corporate culture as inclusive, respectful, transparent and open.
What professional encounter has had the greatest impact on you?
All the encounters I've had during my 16 years at GSK have been unique. Thanks to them, I've been able to grow and evolve within the company.
Is the company socially committed? If so, in what way?
I feel that GSK is genuinely committed. For example, we have the Orange Days that allow us to support non-profit organizations of all kinds by allowing a team to volunteer for a whole day.
