The Challenge
The challenge is launched by the Disruptive Innovation team at GSK.
There are two different strategies for long RNA sequence assembly from shorter oligos. We are looking for cutting-edge technologies to develop algorithms that based on (1) a given long RNA sequence and (2) a set of constraints will help further our understanding and support decision-making of which strategies are preferred.
Timeline
Due to COVID-19 limitations, all sessions with the startups and final event are online.
We’re currently conducting interviews with the candidates that would like to apply to the challenge, if you’re willing to be part of it, please reach out to Vx.innovationecosystem@gsk.com so that we can get in touch.
Final timeline details will be provided very soon, stay tuned!
